Here's my favorite annoying thing. When someone is talking to you, stare at their mouth and try to move your lips to what they are saying. Small movements are best so it will take a little while for them to realize what is going on. If they complain, deny everything.

stare at either there left or right ear while they are talking to you. it'll be off just enough that they will be unsure whether you are looking at them or not.

also talk just slightly too loud. again just enough that it makes them somewhat uncomfortable but if they say anything you can deny it.

Id hope its obvious! Im sure it is, at least to those who watch the show.
The "woman" is Fred Armisen, of SNL fame, etc. The "man" is played by Carrie Brownstein, of the band Skinny Puppy, etc. The show is called Portlandia, and airs on IFC.
