Since AON is an authorized builder, shouldn't he get a call from the authorizer? Maybe be de-authorized?
One wouldn't know that he's no longer an authorized fEARful builder, from his website.

I had a similar situation with the individual who is listed at the top of the Amps Forum (see Sticky) a couple of years ago. Never got the cab, but sent payment through PayPal and was able to get my money back.
But when you mentioned the 45-day clause, that rang a bell with PayPal. I remember filing my claim within the 45 day window and was able to get my money returned.
Just a bad situation to be in, hope you can get back something.
I've been in this situation before, and I never got my money. Had to take the route of filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Once you returned the cabinet back, he should have refunded your money immediately. And as already mentioned, your method of payment makes a difference.
And yes, ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD WHEN [DEL]CUSTOM[/DEL] ORDERING [DEL]FROM [/DEL][DEL]A BUILDER[/DEL] ANYTHING FROM ANYONE. I wish everyone knew this.
Here in Phoenix it costs like 300 bucks to file a small claims request![]()
