How to (Not) blow out a Cabinet

Hello if anyone is still out there, I took off the front of the cab and pulled the top left driver out and this is indeed the one that's flapping and making weird noises. All of the connections to the driver look secure and aren't lose, so it seems like it's something internal. However I have no clue how to get to the inside of a driver without ruining it. If anyone has any guidance, it would he appreciated.

Simple answer... you can't.
Depending on the version of the driver, it may be reconable by a professional speaker shop or it may simply need to be replaced with the correct or closest substitute. What is the numbers on the driver?
Also, if one driver has failed like this, often the remaining drivers also get damaged.
Oh man, there's so much horrendous misinformation and bad advise in here, it's insane. If I have time later I might go through it all.
But the short answer is that the OP probably killed a beautiful irreplaceable vintage cab. Like a 16 year old kid buying a 70s Ferrari or something and wrecking it because he doesn't even know how to drive yet. I would suggest selling off the G1 cheap as is for parts, and get something higher power handling that is actually designed to go as loud as what you need (and don't let randos play your gear, ever). The G1 is an awesome ADULT cab for somebody either with modest volume needs or who knows how to stay within it's limitations. If you're inexperienced it could easily be a disaster like it was in this case. As agedhorse said, the other 3 drivers might be right behind the other one in terms of looming damage and deterioration.
