This entire thread is crazy man, we have the plaintiff and a couple others who are trying to stop a guy who looks like Shrek and has around 4 different TB aliases who has now caught himself with a bass he traded for a poorly defretted Ibanez POS...and there's no police on this major case of Internet fraud...am I about right so far?

why was the other thread one this removed? all these threads should be stickied and be in the classfied section to WARN others and provide and example of the bad things that can occur when dealing with low feedback users.

Really its getting bad lately , I wouldnt trade or buy from someone with less then 10 feedbacks.

Call him. Ask to speak to the senior police officer on site or you can get his real name and address and cross reference that on Invalid Link Removed.
Definitely seems like you've got enough info to send the original scammer to jail if it doesn't work out.

OK, I see your point. And not to thread-jack, but I wouldn't trade w/ anyone, no matter what the feedback says. I'm perfectly willing to give you my bass + money for your bass + same amount of money, but I'm not trusting anyone I've never met to mail me something w/o protection in place. This thread is why. Feedback of any rating be damned. But I'm a paranoid person...

I sent PM,s to two of the MODS on here a week or so ago and told them I thought he was a scammer.They said they would check into it!!!!! So now someone got screwed by JPATA!!! He was wanting to trade a NYC Sadowsky PJ 4 to me for my Dingwall>Through investigation I found he was using someone else Pics from here>He gave me a serial number that was not correct when I called sadowsky.He said he bought it 5 months ago from Bass NW they had not had one even in the shop to sell.The guy JPATA said he had it Pleked at Mike Lull and talked to Mike and had no record of this guy.All this I passed on to Mod.I feel bad but I tried doing my part to pass this on!!!!!
