I have serious issues with the bass..

Now that you've saved a bunch o' $$$ with the d-i-y `do,
you can get yourself a decent starter rig .

Seriously...check out your bud Ann's bass (if she
still has it) and see what ya' think. If not, are there
any Guitar Centers or Mars' around? You can play
some basses there. It seems like your half-way there
already, what with the love of the sound. Why not
make your own?

As far as manufacturers , there's too many to count.
Check out the "Basses" forum for some ideas, or maybe
[Invalid or Expired Link Removed] for starters.

fettishes, nah. we all just love playin bass. i have been playing for just under 2 years and i have 5 guitars.

anyway ill keep the post clean from here on. in one of the pics it looks like ya got a tattoo, and there aint a real need to post ya sizes on the page unless youre trying to be a model or pornstar.

those were all made by bill conklin of conklin guitars.

and rickenbacker made about 50 or so doublenecks, so yeah they are a bit rare, but i got mine for a steal about 10 years ago from a guy here in atlanta.

(and I live in Michigan) We don't have any music places around here, and if we had them anywhere else, I doubt anyone would take me, everyone around here is either taking care of sick people or doesn't want to waste gas money on me finding out if I like to play the bass or not. *sigh*

rammstien are weird, big german guys with fake rubber things, my friend got a pic of them doing that thing they did on stage, he was in the pit and took one from about 30ft away.

OH, i'm not taking German.. ermm.. not really, anyway. My family is kinda German. And some words and phrases have been carried down. Hehe.. My grandma used to know the whole story of Cinderella in German.. but now she only remembers the part about the blood being in the shoe. (lmao) Swear words, I know. I know Rammstein lyrics, yes. lmao. They're pyros. I don't have a cd, but, I have heard and understood them. I think I like that one precision fender thing.. (I purposely make that sentence sound stupid b/c I'm nervous) Besides, who wouldn't want to know key phrases like Ich liebe Gil! And Gil will mich lecken? (I wish!) Awhh.. I just mess around.
