FWIW, the bad Fuzzrocious demos sold me on the Demon and DarkDriving and I was really disappointed when I got them. I was not disappointed when I got the RatKing, I was only disappointed when I got the BB and realized how much money I had spent on the RK :)

My neighbors don't complain. They might if I open a sink hole in our block. I joked that two BB would create a black hole. Funny part is I used both of them in one song that ends in a slow doom grind. Nice part is it didn't suck. The JohnK gamma drive is a nice peice, going to play with it some more.

As for the BDPG nshuman yeah I'm with you. I was expecting more. But it's just what is advertised, a dark color OD. This is why I placed BB on either side to see how I liked it stacked.

I want to mod my BB so bad with a boost!!! DA! I need $30 dang it!

I'm really strugglin to choose which way I want to use my BB, low gain or high. It sounds soooooooo good at low gain. AND high. I feel like I have low gain covered like crazy. But it sounds better to me for what id use it for at low gain. Color me torn!

Is anyone stacking the BB with a fuzz other than the OFD? Mine is on the way and I've got a Bluebeard, used to have a TAFM and thinking about picking up another because I imagine the blended Blower Box signal would be pretty sweet.

Anyway, just hoping to torment myself with more stories! ;)

I've stacked with the wood chipper a few times. I can't really talk about how awesome or bad it was as I really did spend much time doing. But, I will say this, I thought it sounded pretty good. It almost smoothed it out if that makes sense. I run my fuzz early and my OD and dist in the middle. I really should experiment more but for what I did do it seems it's pretty rad. Almost tamed the fuzz a little.

I stack mine with the MXR BFD. I think it's pretty awesome! And what Gregmon79 says is right, it seems to tame it a bit. Don't know how! I've got both clean and fuzz signals roughly even, but slightly less than half. The clean is slightly higher. Best fuzz sound I've ever had. To be honest, however, I am not a fuzz head. I don't really see me getting a boutique one. But I'm digging this combo!

In other news, tonight was my first test of the BB in a full band mix. It KILLED! Nice and bassy, but still cut through more than my clean and light OD sounds. I couldn't believe how much I was using it. I never thought that such a distorted sound would work so well in the mix, but I couldn't turn it off! It just sounded too good. My rhythm guitarist was incredibly stoked as well, and kept commenting on my new sound. This pedal is well worth the price!

Has anyone experimented with using an eq pedal in front of the BB as a "boost"? I was thinking that since the OD circuit seems to react so much to highs, stomping on an EQ that just boosts the highs in front of the BB should make it a much more piercing distorted effect when you want that.

I think I'll have to experiment a bit with that next time I'm at the practice room..

Have you tried just cranking the treble on the BB?? There's a lot there......
