I also thought of this but you cut a foot and a half off your cable length and for those of us using a short a length possible (for tone) this can present a problem.

HD sells longer velcrow straps that are lighter and smaller to pack up than these bungies. loop one end of the strap under each cab handle and velcrow to itself, up and over the top of your amp. snug, no glue/tape to mess, and easy to roll up and takes up as much room in a gig bag as one g string.

We designed the power supply to be scalable. We can see the opportunities that lie in the design. There is still a great deal of work to do to get higher powered versions of the Mirco. I wish that I could give you a time frame, but that would not be realistic, at this time.

I have been coming up with some ideas and I would love to hear some ideas from you. We will post some of these ideas on the website. At first I started thinking about ways to secure the amp to the cab, but now I am leaning more towards some sort of clamp for the cable before it reaches the amp .... any ideas?

You could package a free roadie with each amp, and said roadie could hold the amp down with one hand, while pulling the cable out with the other. :D

OK - I like it. I personally will be the roadie for all gigs in the tropics, HI, anywhere that is walking distance to the ocean, (availability of a sailboat is a big plus). The MSRP of the Micro w/Roadie is only $150,000 with a yearly maintance fee of 100,000 :D

Great. I will just put it on my rider. Consider it done.

My idea was to cut the valve stem off a bike innertube, put it around the speaker, and use it as a bungie to hold the amp down. You'd never lose it, and there are no metal hooks to scratch things.

Personally, I think that the "hang the rubber feet over the top edge of the cab" manuever, combined with the "loop the cable through the cab handle" technique, should take care of things.

And for the love of Pete, if you even think about using any tape, make it gaffers! :D
