Ibanez 2016

The 805 is on the website. The site says the string spacing is 18 mm. Neck dimensions are like this:

Scale 864mm/34"
a : Width at Nut 45mm
b : Width at Last Fret 74mm
c : Thickness at 1st 20.5mm
d : Thickness at 12th 22.5mm
Radius 305mmR
As for the 800, there's no data. String spacing is probably 19 mm. The text on the Sweetwater page talks about the neck being fast/thin, which would seem to indicate the normal SR4 neck, but that may have been copied/pasted from another instrument (except that it does refer to the purpleheart in the neck). The 805's dimensions are different from the those on the other SR 5-strings', so maybe the 800's are different from those on the other SR 4-strings. I hope not; I love the SR4 neck.

Thinking about getting one of these, being a lefty I have limited choices, im still a beginner so I think this will be a nice upgrade to replace my S-101 P copy, and Ill still keep my Dean Edge 4. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated

Which model are you thinking about? My only experience is with the Talman TMB100, which is only $200. One of the best bargains I'm aware of.
