If it was anybody even those who are gone, I'd probably say Rush, and something from moving pictures or permanent waves.... and not the obvious choices (yyz/spirit of radio) although those would be great.... but red barchetta would be amazing, or jacob's ladder or entre nous (or anything else from my favorite rush album Permanent Waves).... something not the usual first choice but still great music.

Yes. I actually have an sheet music arrangement for it as a solo bass piece. I used to know it and play it in GC.

Roy Orbison's Pretty Woman, with a long instrumental break.

Or Pipeline, with a lead guitarist who can play at least three complete tunes in the break, including the Munsters theme, the Batman theme, and one more. They all work without changing the bass line and you can make the tune last about 8-10 minutes.
