Moonage Daydream. Quite literally so I could stand next to Ronno during the lead, which happens to be the greatest guitar lead ever.
Louie Louie by The Kingsmen…every Solfeggio frequency of the earth’s essence and eternity is contained in that chord progression and captured in that moment, and I could also find out the real lyrics, ancient knowlege that has otherwise been suppressed.
I'd have to choose from a few of my (hobby) band's original tunes, and I'd want to play it with that band.
Probably one of the favorites from my youth like Number of the Beast with Iron Maiden or Trippin on a Hole in a Paper Heart with Stone Temple Pilots. Red Rocks could be sweet.
I'm trying to wrap my head around why I would want to replace one of my favorite bass players.
I think I'd rather play the guitar so I could soak in my favorite bass player.

Presuming that time-travel is possible (and why not? This is all hypothetical fantasizing!) I think it would be "Beyond The Sea" with Bobby Darin's orchestra in the main lounge at Caeser's Palace circa 1959.

Damn, now I need some of that before the day is over. Ronson's lead out of the song is ear-worming me.
This would be the one for me, because IF I could play it, I'd be so impressed that I'd be my own idol.
Whatever song lightning Hopkins wants to play at Carnegie hall.
I'd like to play the 4th bassline on Spinal Tap's "Big Bottom" or maybe some melodic bass soloing over the sad, D-minor ballad, "Lick My Love Pump." 
The plus on this song with the rather basic 1-4-5-4 chord progression is just how creative the the bassist was going from the 4 chord back to the 1 chord.
