Impedance spec mystery

I'm sorry if this seems like an amateur question, but I wonder if my mixer will be able to drive my prospective power amp. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm planning on running my signal chain Bass---->EBS Multicomp----> BOSS GT-6B----> Tapco mix .60--->QSC RMX 1850HD----> Carvin LSX 1503.

My question, is the output of the Tapco suitable to drive the input of the QSC?

Tapco says it's output impedance is 240 Ohms, Balanced, while the Balanced in on the RMX is 20KOhms.

Or am I comparing the wrong specs?

The rated output of the mixer is between +4 and +22 dbu, input sensitivity of the amp is 3.5 dbu at 8 ohms, or 1.16 volts.

I've read Bongomania's preamp primer and I feel that this setup should function properly, am I missing something?

You're all good. For ohms, you ideally want the output impedance (z out) of the "sending" device to be 1/10 (or lower) of the input impedance (z in) of the receiving device. You've got 240 ohms z out, so even if the z in of the power amp was 2.4 Kohms, you'd probably be fine. It's 20K, so all is golden. dbu is a standard reference that (ideally) cannot be debated like "tube watts" or "conservative ratings" etc. Since the output of the mixer starts at 4 dbu and goes up, and the input sensitivity of the power amp is 3.5 dbu, again all is golden.
