I also already have an FM, but still couldn't resist the call of the pink sparkle and impulse purchased on the train ride into work yesterday.

I'm sorta interested in the FMeron, but I feel like I haven't heard enough of its range in for proper bass sounds, as opposed to its capabilities in the experimental/ambient synthy type noises. For example, I would be interested to know if it can do something kinda like the old school DX7 bass patches, perhaps in conjunction with some clean blend.

Just got the shipping notification for my XD yesterday.
I have oscillated from strong interest to severe gas since I first heard of the Subterranea in 2013. Never had the right circumstance to obtain one until the last pre-order, about 3 months ago. It has arrived and proven itself quite admirably. I appreciate how the manual informs you that this device is designed to be used with a proper filter, for the full synthesizer experience. I haven't made it past the solo testing yet, but I can see why all the love flows for this device. Time to pull out the Xerograph Deluxe and the expression pedal......
Man, I love this thing as well. It kicked the last fuzz pedal off my board, as previously I was doing what everyone was, OC-2 into fuzz into filter. This thing does the OC-2 thing, and the fuzzy thing, and more. I just adore it!
Took my new Subterranea to a jam for the first time last Sunday. Used an MS-60B+ to provide Envelope filtering and some thick detuning. What a fun and inspiring device. The filter really accentuated the variations in the different oscillators. More so than other pitch tracking pedals, it felt very connected to my playing. I really, really like this pedal.
Just picked a Nimbus SE in the classifieds - I've never owned this one before so I'm interested in seeing if I'll gel with it.

I have a subterranea which developed an issue with the power jack. Almost certainly my fault after years of rearranging it on pedalboards.
I asked Taylor if he could let me know the correct replacement part, and instead he mailed me one at no charge. I just soldered it in and it works great again. Much appreciated!

Hi folks! I'm thinking of picking up a reverb pedal for my new pedalboard build (I have lots of empty space on the board). I was thinking of originally getting the Walrus SLO but have good experience with IE stuff so far so figured I'd ask!

I don’t use reverb much. It’s a great reverb though. I use it only for a bit of a tail. I use a walrus fathom for some ambient playing. The nimbus definitely won against a number of other reverbs that I tried.
I picked up a Nimbus SE last month, not sure I'm going to keep it - shoot me a DM if you're interested!
Just got one of these. Super high quality. Lots of control. I wanted it to add just a touch of 'room expansion' to my small, very dry sounding practice space. I bit pricey to just add a touch of reverb, but the high pass filtering in the side chain is just great. Doesn't impact anything down low and adds a nice bit of air up top. Would not need this at all for live performance, but adds a nice touch to chording and solo work up the neck in a small room. I have no use for the expression pedal option (which is the main difference with the SE model), but the control can be used as a 'reverb1 and reverb2' switching pedal on its own, which might be useful for some. Pretty quiet even combined with analog pedals using a daisy chain. I ended up using an isolated supply for this digital pedal though. I would suggest saving the 25 bucks and just get the Nimbus.
