Iron Ether Subterranea

Wow loving the demos guys! Two very different videos showcasing the same awesomeness.

I have to agree with Behndy that if fixing the voice bleed issue will change the tracking, sound or feel of the pedal, I would rather just deal with it. I have used it on over a dozen gigs now and never once did I even think about the voice bleeding over. I have gotten compliments and "I just pooped a little" faces very time I use it. Moog shmoog...

yahpers. i gotsa passive Dinger. LOVE it.

DazonDragon - thanks! yah. it makes me be wayyyy more careful. i like dead notes and stuff as little rhythmic additions or fuzz clunkin's too much. i actually get the cleanest sound for lines that have rests by tapping with my left hand and muting with my right.

i'm soooooo with Sterling. it's the tracking and way this plays and sounds good across pretty much my entire bass that makes this pedal so freaking awesome. YUMMY.

All these YouTube videos are giving me serious GAS. I wanted a sub when I first heard all you talk about it then I sort of gave up on the idea. After I watched a few vids though, WOW. I wants again. The sub sounds like a lot of synthy goodness

good review of the sounds... seems like some extra noises going on though. Really like the addition of the Source Audio pedals.

Thanks! I only really notice the extra noise when I start using just the clean octave and it doesn't really bother me unless I'm listening for it.

I recorded these clips direct into my interface, without even plugging into my amp, and without using any amp modelling/sim. It could be that the full-range signal here is contributing more to the apparent noise floor.

The noise issue is trying to be eliminated

Is it really that bad?? I am about to buy one from a fellow TB'er. If it gets fixed will you have to buy a whole other pedal or can you mod it in a way? Not sure if this has been asked already, I apologize if it has been. I haven't followed this thread as closely as I'd like to. I remember hearing about the noise but then I've heard others say they can live with it. Thanks for the answer Shawn.

Taylor is the Sh! T and if a fix is found he will be taking all previous pedals back to revise!!!
