I want a j-body, j-neck, with a p-pickup. Surely someone else has done it (I heard a comedian once say - thanks to the internet, no matter how weird or eccentric you are - there's at least one other person out there with your same affliction.) But I've never see one. Actually, I'd like it in a narrow spaced 5 string while I'm at it.

I'd call a J with a P neck an excellent bass with a nut width that's like most of my basses.
I have three of them, and one is for sale here.
