Second, the only relations I know that Mark Gooday had were all UK based; Trace Elliot initially and later Ashdown. I honestly don’t know what his relationship with Eden was, or if there was one at all.

Yes you're right, wiki can be a misleading vector sometimes... No more citations from wiki from me from now on.

Very easily.
Eden's Legacy (old gear) is great but aging, here is a way (if you are capable) to keep that great Eden going.

It is on topic.
What people care about is their pre Marshall gear. That is what is being discussed.
Thus, giving you (in an indirect way) the answer to your original query.

Other threads you ask about a company like Ampeg or GK and get many pictures and discussions on their great Legacy Gear as well as many proud showings and bragging of owning their current line. Not happening here.

The lack of new gear shown or bragged about by more than the two former Eden Forum Moderators, which is what will pay the bills, keeping Eden going for years.
There are many comments here saying they are not interested in the current stuff (again is what will keep the lights on), this is concerning.

Again not a bash on Eden, Dan or Armin (I have been reading you two for years on the Eden Forum long before I found TalkBass and have read all of the Eden Club post (big lack of new gear there also) as well as the DNA Club posts), just reading the writing on the wall if things continue for Eden.

New gear sales keep the lights on.

Maybe. Mine was an early WT 300 upgraded to a 400 by David personally. I know he changed a multitude of things, but not being much of a techie they just kind of whizzed past me. With the exception of those caps, never an iota of trouble - great amp!

Actually, to me it’s all on topic. The only way for Eden to survive is for those who love or have loved their gear to share their enthusiasm for the brand. Mods are fair game, IMO.

I used to be a huge Eden Nemesis fan. I've owned the 210 Combo, 2 210 cabs, a 115 cab, and a 600 watt head. I loved the tone and portability but ended selling everything and moving to Neo cabs and Class D heads.

Someone mentioned using the Eden preamp/DI pedal into the Power Amp Input jack of another amp. I havent tried it myself.

Eden is kinda hit-n-miss for me. Personally, I haven't seen anything out of Eden in the last 10 years that made me drool. Their cabs are still either super heavy or sound thin. Their newer heads are either gimmicky, lack features, or just look doofy with that split level thing going on. Never was a fan of split level houses either. I probably wouldn't like living at the Berenstain Bear's place. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That said, I owned a Nemesis NA-320 that sounded awesome! The only reason I sold it was because I needed more power and couldn't afford to hold onto 2 heads because I was on a college budget. I bought a WT550, but for some reason or another, never could get a sound I liked out of it, which is kinda weird seeing as how I liked the Nemesis so much, so I sold that too. Just recently, I scored a Nemesis RS-400 on the local(ish) classifieds, so I snatched it up and couldn't be happier pushing it through a Markbass 102hf cab!

I just naturally think of David, Lane, the wonderful Eden forum, and the WT products. Marshall really did it to themselves. I personally think the series is still viable, and I liked the Nemesis as well. Gave mine to my son, but he likes it.

If you like the 410 xlt , the DNA 410 at about 70 lbs. will amaze you.

Does tHe DNA 410 have the low mid bump and punch of the Eden XLT?

Last piece of decent eden gear I've owned was a navigator preamp and honestly I haven't really been interested in anything else they have made. The other designs have all been pretty bland and boring comparatively
