It's 2013. What's in your stable?

Here are the basses I started with in 2012:

Basses:
'74 Fender Jazz Bass Sunburst/Maple Neck
'75 Ventura "Lawsuit" Jazz Bass Sunburst/R.W. neck
'79 Fender Precision Bass Black/Maple Neck
'79 Fender Precision Bass Natural/Maple neck
'85 Kramer Striker 700STB Fluorescent Pink
'01 Hohner B2B Headless Bass

Here's what basses I added in 2012:

'66 Fender Black P-Bass
'89 Fender "Longhorn" Jazz Bass Silver Metallic
'03 Fender MIM "Special Edition" Ash Jazz Bass

Electric Guitars added in 2012:

'11 PRS Black Tremonti SE
'11 PRS SE 245 Tobacco Sunburst

Acoustic added 2012:

Larrivee D-05 Drednought

No changes in the last couple of years, except for a few sold and a couple that were stolen:

1898 Czech 3/4 Contrabass
'76 Alembic Series 1 (original owner)
'01 F Bass AC6 Fretless
'02 F Bass BN6
'10 Fender American Standard Jazz Fretless
'64 Ampeg B15
'66 Ampeg BT15

Sold a few:
'60 Gibson EB0
'03 Eminence 5 EUB

I'll be looking for a nice replacement fretted Jazz, a Precision, and maybe a new amp for the road...

I've gone through many, and it's just down to seven:

2012 Fodera Emperor 5 Deluxe
2003 Modulus Quantum 5
2011 Brubaker JXB5
2006 Roscoe SKB3005
2012 Fender American Jazz 5 Deluxe
2000 Ibanez VWB4 (Verdine White Signature)
2010 Rogue 5 (Cheapie beat up for those Roadhouse gigs)

Amp wise, I'm very slim. Just a GK MB200 Micro Head with a GK Backline 4 x 10 Cabinet

Hoping to get a some sort of sixer before the end of the year :)

In no specific order:

Ernieball Stingray 4 30th anniversary
Ernieball Stingray 5 20th anniversary
Ibanez lawsuit era Precision Bass
Ibanez lawsuit era Jazz Bass
Ibanez lawsuit era 4001 rickenbacker bass
Ibanez lawsuit era gibson ripper bass
Ibanez lawsuit era gibson thunderbird bass
Ibanez lawsuit era Fretless Precision Bass (2012 purchase)
Ibanez 1979 Musician 924 (2012 purchase)
Custom 5 string les paul
Custom 5 string jazz bass

2013 should only hold completion of my last custom build, a 5 string headless. After that all I need is a 5 string warwick hollowbody or a guild starfire or ibanez hollowbody made in japan (don't wan't to settle for the lower end artcore)

I also want a heritage svt.

I had my door kicked in and a 66 Starfire, a USACG J with Sadowsky electionics, A 66 J neck on a USACG body and a totally bastardized USACG T bass that I reshaped into a mini J of sorts stolen. I had a good year work wise, so I was able to abtain a Fender Jag, which is totally awesome, except for it's electronics (which I am replacing) and an American Deluxe Jazz bass, that I got for 25% off for a 'Blemish' I can't find for the life of me. That one is the most finished and dressed 'off the shelf' bass I have ever seen.

Nothing too fancy here...

10 Peavey Grind 5
06 Geddy Lee
82 P Bass
92 MIM P Bass
08 MM SR4HH

I still have my trusty '97 MIM Squier P. I cleaned it up, and removed all the stickers and thrumbrest for the new year. during the summer I picked up a '91 (I think) Aria Pro II SLB-2 with a Dimarzio P/J setup. I'm really digging it, but it could never replace my P. I'm playing these through an Acoustic B200 combo and a Boss ODB-3 on occasion. I think this setup will serve me well through the new year.

This thread makes me jealous. So much want, so little money.

Current:
Ibanez GSR200
Yamaha RBX260
Yamaha RBX170

Playing through a mic pre into a QSC RMX850 into GK SBX115. Currently building JFET preamp, hopefully with a James tonestack, to serve as a front end.

2009 Sunburst Hofner Icon Violin Bass
2010 Candy Apple Fender MiM Jazz
2011 Jetglo Rickenbacker 4003

So I guess 2012 was the first year in my bass career when I didn't buy a new bass..... Not sure if thats a good or bad thing.... I don't feel content.

2013 YEAR OF THE FRETLESS P-BASS?

In before 2012:

1978 Telecaster Bass
1981 G & L L-2000 E (had the fretboard replaced 2012)
1974 Telecaster Bass
1974 Precision

Out during 2012:

1984 G & L L-1000 (the neck was just too shallow for my fingers - ouch.)

In during 2012:

1984/89 parts G & L SB-2 (now tuned to DGCF)
1990 G & L ASAT Bass neck on a luthier Jazz body
1992 G & L ASAT Bass neck on a Squier VM Jazz body
1980s ESP fretless neck on a Squier CV Jazz body

MIM Precision Special Deluxe
CII Squier Chris Aiken Signature Precision

Working on getting a MIM Road Worn Precision or a MIM Standard Jazz... If the Road Worn falls through I'll be getting the Jazz. Once I get either, the Squier might be on its way out.

Just a working Bass and a keeper

Work Bass: Warmoth .... my "affordable" take on a Fender American Deluxe P Bass V (couldn't find one I could afford so I built one...) I have a real ADPB V bridge pickup and a Bill Lawrence P-46 ... passive with Vol-Bal-Tone, Alder body stained dark walnut and the 6 coats of Tru Oil, Maple neck with Pau Ferro board vintage small frets and graphite reinforcement bars, Hipshot UltraLites
17.5 mm at the bridge and 1.75 at the nut.
Weight of Bass = 7.346lbs..... Great for long nights of standing and playing !

Keeper: Lakland 55-01, I put the 55-60 custom neck on it because I like the neck Bound & Blocked, Jeannie pick guard because I like it.

At this time I have no wants....
