Papa Dangerous said:I know exactly how you feel. I am constantly thinking of how she is living her life, and doing the things we used to, but with someone else. That I will never get to be the one that lays next to her, wraps my arm around her without millimeter of space between us. I used to wake up in the middle of the night, look at her sleeping, smile, kiss her shoulder and fall back into the deepest of sleeps until she woke me up in the morning for work. I used to sleep so well and would never want to get up.. I would just grab her back into bed for a few more minutes... Now, I wake up several times during the night, and when I eventually get up in the morning, its sometimes more an hour earlier because I just can't sleep anymore. My REM sleep has been replaced by like stage 3 or 4 sleep in which all I do is think about her.
They say time heals, and from all these experiences a person learns a life long lesson. The only time I seem to be getting from this is that I should never open myself up to a person like that because I cannot imagine having to go through this all over again. Puh... I was almost distracted and doing better and here I go ranting and raving about the things I should not be thinking.![]()
That describes my feelings, to the t.
