This is my 82, Not quite the "one" but it's a killer sounding and playing bass, Although it's a crappy white refin it's getting a sweet shoreline gold refin right now and a gold hardware kit as we speak.

So shiiiiiiiiiny! Why is the pickgaurd and fretboard so shiny? Hey, on the red Jazz in the first picture there is a fourth nob, and on the second one the fourth knob is an input. Or does the fourth nab have a shiny outer ring?

The picture with both "Geddy's" together is old. When I 1st built the red bass, it was passive then I deceided to put in a Sadwosky preamp which required the input jack to be moved to the side and a 4th control knob on the control plate.

It was so shinney because I had the windows open behind me with massive sunlight comming in the house.

EDIT: Nevermind, the basses are hanging vertical and the picture is horizontal.

If you get get a deep metalic blue I think you'll have a sexy bass.

With a rosewood or pau ferro board, matching headstock, and tort, black, or cream colored gaurd.
