Woho!
Just started a subscription to Bass guitar magazine, and ordered a back issue of the John Entwistle interview/Tribute edition, and they are arrived at home nowgotta get meself home soon..
i love that issue! the riffs that they put in there show John at his finest. i refer to it alot. i was at the place where they had that Buzzard today and i played Success Story off of the Who By Numbers on an 8-string but i didnt buy the bass.
I have the UK Magazine called "Bass Guitar Magazine" not Guitar player's bass player. its not any tabs there.
i reckon in Endless wire pino said to himself while recording, "what would Entwistle do?" you can tell.
ahhh, right. the Guitar World's Bass Guitar tribute to John is really good like i said, but my favorite Bass mag is Bass Player. the tabs in Bass Player are almost never used by me, but the rest is really good.
I think Bass player have to much commercials and such, Bass Guitar Magazine seems like a more "complete" magazine in that fasion. i realy want guitar players edition about John.. i guess ill be watching ebay..
Can you? Did you know Pino only played bass on 2 songs on that album?i reckon in Endless wire pino said to himself while recording, "what would Entwistle do?" you can tell.

aha! i found out that Pete played bass on tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 21. now, some of those songs dont have bass. a guy named Stuart Ross played bass on track 8. the rest are Pino.
They also used different drummers.
