That's MSRP, silly; they could probably be found for less than half of that price, too. And the Tenba is most likely much better made.

ahh - should have known since it is the Tenba site. Not sure about "much better made" than Studio Slips though. Plus the Studio Slips are made in Santa Rosa, CA. I like to support small/local (relatively) businesses.

Honestly never weighed it. Mid-20's maybe? Not very heavy.

Thanks for all the case options. Nomatic hipped me to a Levys case that works very well too, fits the micro head and dove cage well, the cc300.

All the lowepro stuff I've had has been top notch

I’ve been using a cafe Walter headphone amp along with Monique for practicing at home. It's a great combination, IMO. Café Walters transparency allows Monique characteristics to come through in a really good way.

Some one in Part 2 is using the bag from some med gear that was a perfect fit.

I use a Camera bag for those huge old VHS video cams for my mics and all PA cables. It's easily 2' x 10" x 12". Cordura holds up!!

I'm sure I will! I'm already breaking in the power amp. I'm running the pre amp out on the Thunderfunk into the Crest. I've been running it over the weekend just to check things out. That amp has a ton of power! And it is so clear.
