There was discussions about this earlier in the thread @michaelmwong

Just twist the bulb cover, remove your bulb and take it to any amp repairer and ask if they carry it.

Easy stuff. That bulb is a #47 bulb. It runs on 6.3 volts. It is commonly used in most guitar amplifiers, which means it is available at a guitar shop or any electronics supply shop. That is exactly the case Michael. The Tardis enclosure is 100 percent aluminum to keep the weight down and to act as a heat sink when the amplifiers are included. Because it is aluminum, I do not think it will last long suspended from rack ears.

Right now I am waiting on the graphics for the M500. Won't be long. Looks like initial pricing for the M500 will be $950. It will also be included into the Rack and Tardis versions of Monique with a similar price differential. Why the $$ difference? Physically smaller, easier to install, no fan required, lower OEM price.

Yup. There are depressed dimples in the M Series of amps for the Dove Cage feet.

The Bamboo was not designed to fit those dimples, just the Dove Cage.

Are you keeping the m500 in the same chassis as m700/m2500? I thought you posted it would be in a different chassis. Either way is cool with me.

I'd like the m500 to push a harthor c1533t in combination with the berg ip322. I think either setup driven by Monique will be awesome and together could be really cool. Maybe even experiment with some stereo goodness.

The harthor is switchable between 4 and 8 ohms. What's the ohm rating for m500?

The Changeling 1533 is not switchable to 8 ohm as far as I understand. Only 4 ohm. Unlike the Hathor, which is switchable. The extra 3" drivers in the Changeling take the option off the table.

About 3db if I remember. It would maximize your amps capabilities if you needed it. Noticible enough that i think I'm going to really like it, but not as loud as two 8 ohm cabs (which I can do if needed). Sometimes, I only want to bring one cab though.;)

Hypex has two different 500 watt amps. This one, the one that was first shown at NAMM this year (2018) is designed to be powered with the same power supply used in the 700 watt versions. It is a beast. Yes, it will be in the M700 enclosure. It will have a fan, but I seriously doubt it will ever be required.

This one runs nicely at 2 ohms. Optimized for 4. Runs well at 8.

The second (new) 500 watt amp can live in a smaller enclosure. It does not use a separate power supply as all their other amps. It is self powered - amp and supply one board. This 500 watt amp (Let's call it amp 2) is still in early production by Hypex. They will have some production units of this amp next in June. In our real world of making music, it is a ways off before I (and my customers) will be convinced it is worthy.
