Shouldn't be a problem at all. I'd like to see the ground lift opened up, in this instance, but that is a cautionary move only.

Not sure if this was ever requested but is it possible to add on rack ears to the Monique 700 Tardis? I have found there have been a few times where I would have liked to have my Tardis in a rack.

You could place it on a rack shelf and strap it down - shelf provides support - l brackets or straps anchors it to the shelf.

Another great gig with my Monique last night and playing a great local bar tonight for St Patty’s day. Local meaning a few hundred yards from home. :thumbsup:

I don’t condone drinking on a paid gig, but I will be the guy slightly staggering home at 2:00am with a gig bag on my back and my StudioSlips Monique Minnie bag on my shoulder. :woot: Actually, I have to be good as I have never played with the singer or drummer.

I’ve lost track of how many gigs I have played with Monique over the last 6-7 years. Haven’t used another amp since I bought my first Monique.

P.s. thanks for making the Dove Cage so light @juledude . My old back can’t take the weight of heavy amps when carrying it long distances.;)

I’ll hopefully get some good pics of Monique doing St Paddy’s.

New to Monique player here. Only a couple gigs in but really enjoying the punch. Quick question in regard to eq; the other night I was playing my old pbass with new rounds and no matter where I had the eq set I couldn’t seem to get any highs/mid highs out of her. The low/mids and lows were killing it though with a BIG punch. It was a rather small room, three piece classic rock, medium volume.
Somebody please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Initially no, but as I cycled through different setting combinations I did pull the line level and the sensitivity. My suspicion is that perhaps a tube or something has failed. Overall the sound was big, thick, punchy and really nice. But, I was looking to put a little zing on the top. Of course I also understand that a pbass is limited. I’ll experiment more.

The focus of the Tardis Chassis is to keep the weight low. And provide extraordinary cooling when the amplifiers are included. It does that well.

As to adding ears to the Tardis, I do not recommend it. The all aluminum Tardis Chassis is not made to hold up to the stress of having it all hang from those two ears.

I am sure our backs are similar. I'm working on "things." I am well convinced that smaller does not have to mean less.

The issue with the Simone has been, for a while, that it is quite good. However, I have found that a plethora of folks already occupy that status. :eyebrow:.

As life, the product has taken a path originally unknown, but it is still in the works.
