Jule Amps Monique Part III

A simple way to reduce the light level in these kinds of lamp holders is to unscrew the lens and place a washer in the lens before you screw it back in place. The smaller the inner hole the less the light.

This comes from working with several of my cherished way-more-picky-than-bass-players studio engineers.

Unfortunately, my power amp is all LED. I've blacked out several banks of interior lighting and most of the exterior stuff and they're still pretty 'hot'.

All I am doing is torturing myself reading the posts in this forum because June is many weeks away before mine arrives. But I can't help myself. I think it's great that there is such loyalty and admiration for Monique. Loving the colored LEDs. Nice!

Not LED...just good old fashioned incandescent bulbs and covers. ;)

I had an email correspondence with James Demeter about the risk of Minnie overheating and get damaged. Thought it was good to share so that everyone will know. Here is his response.

"It will shut itself off if it over heats and restart when it cools off. No damage will be done. It is always better to use the fan. But, In a quiet situation it fine to turn it off."

Nice! Yup the Dove Cage is so damn sexy so yes... I did it. I emailed Jule last night and had my order changed from the rackmount to the Dove Cage. I threw practicality out the window!

But that's what we usually do when we meet a new hot smokin babe like Monique!

But honestly I think it will be manageable with that studio clam shell slip case.
