I bought my first knife visiting my grandpa in North Dakota when I was 6 years old. It was a Schrade Old Timer Sharpfinger fixed blade skinner. I studied martial arts after that with a Filipino sensei that introduced me to arnis/eskrima with sticks and bo staff as well as balisongs. I've been carrying folding knives since I was in junior high. I've managed to build up quite a nice collection over the years and love to swap out my EDC like picking a pair of socks.
I haven't taken a recent picture with all of my latest additions but here is a small portion of my current collection.

I'm really into Japanese kitchen knives as well and have some really nice single and double-edge blades to use in the kitchen, as well as a lot of stones and sharpening supplies. I also have a number of straight razors as well. What can I say, I'm a fan of edged tools.
