Ive got a three week wait for mine. Its killing me.

Can any DJ5 owners measure the width (across) of the neck at the 12th fret please. Ive not played one yet and trying to gauge how the neck will feel compared it my P5.

My new DJ5 got in last night and it's amazing! It cost me around the same amount as getting a new Fender 09 model from a shop over here.

It feels, looks and sounds great. I love it!!

Shame the Jeannies tort pickguard I got for it doesn't fit but oh well. Will post pics tonight hopefully.

Grats on the acquisition...that is kinda bad about the pg, but i think Roger has a disclaimer that says no guarantees unless he has the original guard. maybe you'll get lucky tho, lol.

Im looking to get a black PG from Roger but this has sort of put me off a bit.
I had to spend about half hour filing my Duck Dunn PG down after finding it didnt fit.
I really dont want to go through that again.

To me that disclaimer is just a get out for not doing the job correctly.

New pickguard from him, did not fit...
