congrats!!!! who did you buy that from - is it phatbasterds old one? if it is, it is the "first amber"....a natural in reality but with alot of amber overtones......

the 44-02/55-02 is one of the best intros to Lakland that there is....variety, quality, sound all their own (and the ability to mimick other bass sounds)....

Don't think so, bought it from a real great cat named Freddie Flewelen in L.A. He plays bass for the Al McKay All-stars and Paul Jackson Jr. He put the custom pick guard on it to protect the body. He gave me some great tips on how to dial in a good tone, too. Thanks for the props, my man!
