SWEET!!! Just got a call from Leo at Lakland. The neck is back on my JO5 and shipping out this afternoon! Dang that was quick.

, cause I think they're staying for a while. I've been wrestling w/ myself, trying to be patient and give the Dunn a "good" try w/ the Fralin. But, I REALLY love the look of a DS and the sound won't disappoint either of course. Arrgh!
If I sell a little more junk, I'll go ahead and order one I guess and a red or blood PG. That's look KILLER w/ an UNblocked neck

Regarding the GTG, how does early January sound? I think I am out of town 3 or 4 of the weeks prior to the end of the year. Would that work? Randy, would that work for you? Shoot me a pm of the weekends you two would be available. I may have my project back by then too.

Oh, because I like both the DS and the traditional split-coil P pickup--I find them different enough to have both. (But then, I'm a P-bass guy.) You could put rounds on one and flats on the other.Why would you not route it for one? Just curious
Question: is it just Kobol, or do all DSed basses come to life and scream "Ooh Rah" when you slap flats on 'em?
