I may have a gig on the 21st with my old band for a Haiti Benefit concert.
Who wants me to rock the lakland?

Just a random note- as most of you know, the BG5 is my first P, and I absolutely LOVE IT.... So much that I need another one, lol. Anyway, last night was my first time attempting slap on a P, and it was actually pretty cool. Just in case there was ever a doubt, I absolutely LOVE my Lakies![]()

Personally...I like the sound of a slapped P more that a Jazz.
Dude, did some snooping... WOW! That's some sparkle you got goin there!!! :0 Nice!
Jeannie's didn't seem to have a 'mint' - says they can make white...
any body have experience with what their white looks like?
{Again, going for the old, effed up nitro - look...}
maybe know anyone that specializes in relics?
Bufford's looking to see if he's got a cover for me - but if not - is it the same size as a FenderP cover?
Thanks fellas!
Oh, should I ask for a number?![]()
Me too, I love P basses. What's the countdown on yours now Markus?
You.
Good answer. hehe.
Actually with my CTS the Jazz may be a better option with my visual coordination.
I'm looking for an excuse to use it!
I wanted to let you all know that one of our TB brothers, "Phat Daddy", passed away on Feb 1. He was 34 years old and as much a Lakland fanatic as any of us. His 2 Laklands were his pride & joy. I wish I had some more in the way of details, but I haven't been able to connect with anyone yet who can give them to me. As soon as I know anything worth passing along I'll post again.

Jeannie's definitely makes mint guards. You should call. I don't think Roger stocks much. He made mine after I ordered it.

It sounds and plays better...how's that?
Sounds good. I'll start working with how to get good pick tones out of it. We played pantera-type music. I sometimes used a pick, sometimes not.

Hello.
I haven't seen a lot of Hollowbody's lately (but I haven't been on this thread for about 10 pages)
Any HB love?
I don't think so Panda, not since Markus and his Chi-Sonic head.
