The only issue is that over the phone you have to leave a message and wait...and wait..
I had to send one string off with the bass for a tuning peg issue.

They don't have the green tint here in the states![]()
Works better than the mismatched, that's for true. I can't quite shake my decade or so as a designer, so the cream would work because they'd sorta match the face dots. The black works because that's sort of the default for this sort of thing. I think that either hue would be fine, so long as they match.
PS: The aforementioned 'Cali thing' is why I think this axe works. I'd definitely *not* try to rock that bass here in the 514, but I figured that the colours and such would make it a perfect axe for an outdoor seaside gig where the palm trees wouldn't be plastic.
Just a few things off for me lol great price tho.
My needs: -1 string, maple board, quilt maple top

no reason...

It's one of Eden's "Magic knobs", haha. It boosts the bass, upper mids and treble and cuts some lower mids
Nobody seems to like Cherry/Rosewood!
I've gotten one PM interested and three tell me they'd get it if not for cosmetics. I need to raise my price I guess.![]()
Thanks Luke! My voice sounds a little funky because I'm on a cell phone, but oh well!
man!!! Could I really be so close?!
My lakie's birthday is 11-28 of 2000
I just took her all the way apart so pat can make his magic
Based on experience is the bart/lh3 system a pole based pickup or "blade"?
Thanks; yes she's wonderful.
Here's a Bass Central pic of a black/rosewood 55-01 just like my new one.

Nice job on the interview, Markus! I've done some radio stuff over the phone for work, and it takes some getting used to.
Also, nice to see the host had a non-crazy person on his show for once.![]()
I like the combo.....just don't need one right now...

Thanks Doug.
And, what Markus and others said is true, a bassist can find work.
sumtin' 'bout a "Spector"....
you leavin' us Jar Jar???
I just LOL'd myself!
Thanks! Yeah...was weird over the phone...you kinda think you are talking to yourself until you hear something on the other end.
I traded a 5 string Spector Euro for my first Lakland. Best decision I'd made in a long time...
TECHNICALLY I could, but those could be some awkward fingerings (a lot of riffs, grrr), and when you're learning ten original songs in just a few days, being able to glance at the guitarist once in a while helps....
