in the quote section, it asks if I'm going to send a color sample. Does your mockup count?

Yes...that's what I did with Markus Orange. Just print it and send it with the bass. Just make sure you print it on good paper and the printed version works for you. Paper and printer make a big diff. I can send you a higher res file.

Daaaannggg. It's times like these I'm glad I can't play 4 string basses! I can only imagine what that sounds like with stainless and that Retro in it...

As you guys have seen (over the last few years), I'm fighting HARD to convert back to 4 bangers. There's just too many kick@ss 4's out there for me to resist!!!

The only issue is trying to decide if I should go w/ BEAD or DADG tuning....

There's several benefits to DADG tuning, especially when so many guitarists use it, and so many covers require it.

Thoughts?

Since I can't really afford my JO26, with its undeniable old-school flare, I'm feeling this for a different style of old-school.

I LOVE it as it is, and wouldn't change a thing.

I say slap d-tuners on those mo foes and call it a day.

I've actually seen a dual P before....i think the bass player for teh Moody Blues had a triple P on a video I saw.....

not really sure how a double P would be....triple P - WAY too much!

:rollno: You can't go wrong w/ MORE chrome!!

I'm thinking about sticking the Hanson neo P (prize won from being a member at laklandowners.com :D) in Goblin, between the current P pup and the bridge... making it a dual P pup'ed bass. Of course I'll need a bull deflector over both p'ups.... which will leave me plucking over the fretboard, but hey MORE BULL DEFLECTOR = MORE COOL!!!

JK, hehehe
