Only two strings away from an attitude problem.
I have. My current gumbo (and not bad - people love it, it's just not what I think it should be) has monkfish, chicken, and andouille in it. I'll get it there - and when I do, it's going in the cookbook - although I'm not sure where I'm going to squeeze even one ore recipe in it.

I had homemade horse at chili for lunch today. Thinking about it's making me hungry. I'm tossing a chipotle in next time.

Darryl Jones/Joe Osborn/44-94: they go with everything.
Bob Glaub/Duck Dunn: Steak and chips. But REALLY nice steak and chips (or fries, for our american cousins!).
Bob Glaub with PJ config: Steak and chips, with pepper sauce.
Hollowbody: Irish stew. Old-fashioned but delicious.
Decade: Haggis. Not seen very often, but unbelievably tasty!
44-01: Big Mac meal. Cheaper, gets the job done, and a great introduction to the brand.
44-07: Lamb vindaloo. Blows your head off, handle with care!
Right. any I've missed?

I've only had one fretted bass w/ an ebony board and I wasn't in love w/ it's voice. BUT, it was probably pups and pre more than anything. Still have that bass and plan on an upgrade someday.
