Hope you have a witty retort lined up for when the come crawling back :D

Now THAT could get interesting. :D Besides... A lot of people are selfish and stupid. You are not. Leave all that garbage behind. Forgive, forget, move forward. Success is the best revenge. Go git u sum.

Just a bit of LOGGER cheer to help brighten the thread:

Brand new trans charcoal fretless AJ5 is shipping out and heading my way today. Very exciting! Pics will come soon.

the joke will be on them, I am finding all sorts of demand for bass and keys in my area, so I won't be without a gig for long. thanks for the support, the LOGGERS are the best.
Hell yeah, Gary! They're going to regret losing you, big-time.

Update: I traveled two hours out to Elderly Instruments, they had the bass all cased up and ready to go for me...and my card was declined, for no apparent reason. The bank was already closed, so I left empty handed. I had to go home, wait for Monday to call the bank, order the Lakland, and pay the extra to have it shipped. On top of that, my phone died on the trip, and when I got home and plugged it into the charger...nothing. The port went bad and I had to replace the phone.

Anyway, it just got here today...I haven't put tension back on the strings yet to let it adjust to the temperature. Not the greatest pictures, but here it is!

I don't know WHAT you're talking about, just giving her a warm, safe home to live in. It's a burden to take care of these poor lost basses that need love and care, but its my burden.

ok I need some insight....just got a 44-02 limited I think its an 2011 due to the serial but I wonder if its a left over that has the same specs as a 2012? Second, I got the Lakland case with it, but the grove for the neck is mis-shapened...so the bass doesn't stay centered when picked up. Is this a defect and should I return it as defective? I also got some string buzz right out of the box and am hoping that the strings will break in and the added tension and a small bridge height adjustment might do the trick. Not feeling the new bass love yet.

Congrats, it's a beauty! Sorry to hear you had to go through all that to get it, but it'll be worth it in the end.:)
