I will say that the white 44-64 Custom is cool, but if I drop $3700 on a bass it will come with a 6 month wait...
In related news, I spent most of the weekend getting to know the seafoam 44-64. 1.75 neck is no problem and actually quite comfortable and the bass sounds killer, even unplugged its just "live."
Oh, and about the whole "nickname" thing, the 2 US Laklands I have acquired with actual dollars are keepers. Goldie was acquired in trade and I am very grateful I got it when I did as it opened up my eyes. I have been very lucky to acquire the current three. And the Skyline was a great bass too, but up next to a US model it was lacking certain elements. Much happier with the US Glaub. And, bonus, its my first "really good" p bass.
