...sorta off topic, but I had a question/comment:
Buddy of mine just bought brand new a short scale hollowbody, made in Korea. Did you guys know these were made in Korea??

As opposed to Indonesia? All of the shorty hollowbody basses are Skylines, not US models.

Yes as opposed to Indonesia. I thought all Skylines were made in Indonesia, although I know when Skylines first came out they were made in Korea.

Actually, I miss the days when we sucked. At least then I expected to loses games and could deal with it through humor. I actually don't even like football, I think its exceptionally boring, I just like the way the Ducks play.

My Gators are having a terrible year, might be our first losing season since 1979.
He's from Milwaukee (I think). Then he decided to move to the far NW burbs to be even further away from Chicago.
born and raised in Milwaukee....went to school at Marquette.
when I graduated, first job was in Minneapolis....then moved to CHi-town (well the "area") due to a job transfer....
still a cheesehead at heart even though I have lived in enemy territory for quite some time.

Just got my fretless EBMM Sterling back from Carl after he worked his bass doctor magic. It had a couple deep scratches in the fingerboard that were not wear from rounds (I never could figure out what the cause was, it was like this when I got it.)
Before:
I don't have an "After" pic, but ... Holy crap, he did such a great job that I can't even find where the scratches were!
