Lakland Owners Group #69

So I was playing my JO tonight, and decided to put the neck pickup cover back on. I love the look but it's lacking without the ashtray. So I ask, nay, demand that Lakland make an ashtray for the bridge!

It should look something like this, but engraved:hyper: :D :

The shorty and that Walkabout rig go together like coffee 'n' doughnuts....like a glass of vintage port and a sweet Cuban cigar...oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Oh great...Now I want port and its 7:30 in the morning!

... don't forget the cigar....Cuban huh? Those are "verboten" in these parts....unless you are in Canada ....the Canadians do have a FEW things I like.....just a few :)

Love to all of my k'nuck buddies!

The best way to taste port in the am is to save the sediment from a good bottle of decanted vintage port from the night before, and dip biscotti in it to eat with your coffee in the am.....a truly outstanding example of reduce, re-use, recycle!

Great idea.....first gotta get some biscotti....second....my bottle of port has not been opened....so I need to create "sediment"....

:)

Yes, they can. Whether the one Lakland has in house is designed for metal work I don't know

Most likely it can. It just a different wattage setting to do the laser annealing. Laser etching of metal needs higher wattage. If they are using a Yag, CO2, fiber laser or similar, its just a setting change. Focal length would be the same. I deal with a company locally that stamps sheet metal and was thinking about asking if they would make one that would fit over the Lakland bridge. Then I could have it chromed or anodized and either laser annealed or etched.
