No time, no money, no need. Plus I've got good US fender jazz that I've barely touched since getting my HB30. But I may wander over there anyway.
All good justifications...
But it is a great deal....

How about a 44aj for $679?
Wow! If that's a US model, it's a steal.... Can't really tell though...need a better picture of the head stock...
CORRECTION....looked again...it IS a US model!
someone steal this!
Wow... I hate you for buying that JO
Amazing pair - congrats!!!!!JO #007 and #008 back together again. Separated at birth 6/1998
Is that one of the newer US "classic" models? Either way, a great deal. If it were a P, it would likely be on its way to me.
One bass purchase. No GAS needed.
All good justifications...
But it is a great deal....
Excuse me while I laugh hysterically at this thought!!! Skyline's are great basses, but no bass is good enough to prevent GAS.
I used to think that too, but I've since seen quartersawn necks with that kind of grain pattern. It's rare, but it happens.
Ok and what makes the neck quartersawn if not direction of the cut and grain shape? I al not wood expert, just curious..
