What would be a good price on a used Korean Skyline 44-64? Anything I should watch out for or look for, in particular, for this model?

That's a loaded question. It depends on a number of things like the condition, the finish, the options, whether it's been modified, etc. Any details would be helpful.

Excellent condition, Sunburst, no mods, no extra options, as far as I know.

Laklands customer service is great! That is part of the reason I love them so much!

Yes they do....I have a fretless lined ebony 5560.

You can order one like that or buy a bass and order a fretless neck ( which is what I ended up doing).....either way .....

lol! Truth be told, I have a 5501 and I'm itching to have the 55-02 pickup config. I can't route it clean enough plus I'm not even sure if the 02 pickup would cover the 01 route so this pickguard would do the trick. I'm not a fan of the black on burst either, but mine would be white pearl on natural ash. I think it would also liven up my very plain jane looking ash/maple 5501

They do have quite a large selection of materials besides the usual suspects. I have another custom Precision guard being made by them right now. Work is top notch IMO.
