I play on a Worship team and want a nice big fat warm round tone with highs when I turn up the treble. Something with less fret clank. If that makes sense.

Speaking of the PJ Customs being such great basses, this one will be up for grabs later today when I get proper photos. She's killer, with some beautiful grain, she only has to leave because she's being replaced by another PJ that is a bit more "me" cosmetically, lol.

NBD! Actually yesterday. It's been a while for me. Got this US Glaub right here in the classifieds. A bit of a parts bass - a late Dan era '09 1.5" neck mated to a Chisonic routed bod. Light, fast action, dark chocolate neck. Currently sporting EMG Geezers which sound pretty good. Glad I pulled the trigger.

Thanks to JJ for some excellent work on my 44-01. Replaced the nut with GraphTech Black Tusq. Great material, nice and slick for non binding in the nut. Frets had some pits and oxidation. Finished the frets and polished. Now plays like butta and looks so shiny and purdy! Chose a black nut for something different. Don’t plan on selling this one! Thanks JJ, GREAT JOB!

Very nice! Mine is dark green, but hard to tell in this pic. It also has a 1.5" nut. Looks almost identical to yours except for the J pup.

These are a bit better showing the color. It's almost a "Charleston" green which is common for shutters around here.

Here are my other US Laklands - Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics.

JO- Bought this on Reverb. Owner bought the Chi-Sonics and did the routing himself. Mistake. Now I need to fashion some sort of pickup ring to cover the extra space. It's actually a brighter gold than the picture shows, and metallic. The neck has cream binding and cream dots.
Decade LS - Got this here on TB. This one is actually black, and has a beautiful birdseye fb. It came with a black pg so I had the tort made by Pickguardian. He did a great job.
Decade SS - I picked this up on eBay for embarrassingly little cash. This may be the nicest bass I own. Came with the OHSC.

I am not a fan of salami pick guards, but your color is probably the best match I have ever seen. Great combo

Nice color. Really like the Jo with the J Sonics. Too bad it didn’t turn out quite right.

This is a J-Sonic 5 I picked up here on TalkBass.. When I received it, it had the block and binding neck which came from a LOG bass.. I had my local guitar tech here match the headstock and install some Aguilar Single Coils I picked from Brian at The Low End.. The B-Sonic pickups sounded pretty good, but were not very versatile to my ears.. It's a killer bass for being a kind of thrown together instrument..

This to me is British Racing Green! Looks great; needs a white pearloid PG.

I talked to Brian at Lakland. Probably not news to people on this thread, but he said that they aren't making the hollowbody pickups anymore-- just used the last of their supplies. I'm guessing that means that the HB has been discontinued?
