I really need to get some better pictures of the bass. I'm a great fan of the headless aesthetic (and the functional aspects, such as two bottom horns meaning no need to lug a stand around or the suitability of the design for working in tight stage setups) and would love to see my particular example better represented!

I'd call that a headstock.

Tuner location shouldn't necessarily define headless.

That thing shore is purty though.

I've got a Riverhead headless 4. I bought it used from ebay and had it painted by my cousin who is a painter. Michael Manring was playing one in his instructional video.

I'm changing the stock pickups (the neck PU is problematic and working maybe at 10% of its capacity) to Seymour Duncan Phase II passive pickups soon.

Well, it's not a "true" headless, but it tunes for the bridge so I guess it has a place here...

Due to my cruddy webcam I can't actually get the headstock and the body in the same shot together ...I really have to figure out how to work my dads digital camera
