I agree. The roasted birdseye maple is really cool to look at and play, and the ebony fretboard for me just puts it over the top. I am fortunate to have her.

Awesome!! I have not seen very many of these around, and wondered who else has one. EBMM told me they did not keep track of how many they made, but they said they only took orders for this bass for 1 month. The roasted birdseye neck sold me on it right away.

I just sold mine this month. Great basses, probably the best Stingray I've played, but I ultimately had to let her go..

I bought mine in 2012. At that time there were only a few, maybe less than 10 available in Germany.
I had the luck to choose between 3 awesome pieces at my dealer and took this serial no:

Well I had this delivered this past Wednesday. Rhapsody 4 string active with EMG's and Trans Blk Quilt. Decent Shape. Paid $230 plus $20 shipping. One of the knobs isn't original, but a close match. I know I'll have to replace it though as my OCD just won't let me alone about it. Finish is in great shape but needs a cleaning. Came with a Gig Bag and a strap, though neither were advertised in the sale. Nothing fancy, but hey some extra swag! Here are the sellers pix.
