Let's see those beautiful Black Basses

That looks great! I really love my '98 US Dlx V J-I bought it new in April of '98. Those Suhr pickups/preamp does it for me! I swapped the original mother of toilet seat pickguard (so 90s! haha) for an actual Fender mint green one to match my '00 US Dlx P V. The MIM '14 Dimension Dlx H came stock with black. This is one trio of bad ass basses! Also kind of cool that there is Pau Ferro, Maple and Rosewood boards all represented.

Nice! like the offset body.
I did my Partscision Bass with a '51 Squier CV neck and Squier Dirnt body. Took a minute to find the factory Squier replacement black guard to replace the original white guard. This is my only true P Bass, with one split coil pickup. It has flats, as per TB protocol. It turned out so nicely. It sounds and plays as cool as it looks.

Now something completely different...
'14 Squier VM Bass VI. Had to get a black guard as well as black pickup covers. Fully rewired to what I like (Duncan 2 band concentric preamp, strangle switch repurposed as series/parallel switch. This punches way above it's weight.

SWEET !!
I've got 5 and 1/2 Squier's w/ Tele Headstock's. 2 Dirnt's, 2 Cabronita's a 50's CV and an extra 50's CV neck that is on a Slab 51 style body. I got lucky and snatched up two of the Squier Mike Dirnt's, both 2nd versions w/o the Star at the Arm Contour. I got a Black one and then a White one, dirt cheap, just about the time they stopped production.
I'm amazed at the quality of all my Squiers especially for the $$. My only complaint is the pickups.
Did you upgrade the Split Coil P Pickup in your Partscision ? If so, what did you use ?

Why is the Yammie right hand when the basses are left hand?

Nice DVD collection!
:D
The yamaha is righty because it's my sister's guitar. I mess around upside down once in a while. It's good to have a guest instrument right handed because you have almost an 80% chance of the guest being right handed. And I have boxes of old movies for when the Netflix apocalypse hits.

We have two doors full of DVDs in our media cabinet. Probably 50+. But our DVD player died 3 years ago and we have not yet replaced it.
We're not ready for the Netflix apocalypse!!
