It looks great, did you replace the fretboard as well? If so can you post some pictures from the process

It's a Squier Contemporary Jazz V HH so cosmetically the only thing I changed was the pickguard . The pickups are P2 size and they fit right in . It has an Audere 3 band classic preamp and the original knobs fit it perfectly . This is what it looked like originally , not much different .

Picked up this amazing well made instrument from a fellow TB'er about 6 weeks ago... Ernie Ball says it's "sapphire black": 1st 'new' bass in about 40 years! (already had the vintage strap)

My Ibanez GSRM20 neck + GSRM20B body Mikro Bass in Weathered Black finish, with various mods, among these having the J pickup pulled out and an EMG Geezer Butler P pickup installed, wired directly to the output jack socket, and having some red and green electrical tape (also known as insulating tape) applied :

I just found this photo on my phone. I can't remember if I downloaded it as it is, or if it was a coloured bass and I messed around with the photos to make it black and white.
