Thanks. I was expecting to wind up with a cheap Squier P or some low level P copy but I do dig Music Man stuff.
This one is nothing like a real Stingray aside from the looks. It's passive, for one thing. But I prefer that anyway.
I mean, it plays, the pup sounds pretty good...haven't gotten under the hood yet. The jack is loose but no scratchy pots or anything...bridge and tuners seem more than adequate.
Pretty light, decent balance, neck feels real nice.
I'm sure I'll get a nice P again down the road, but for now this will do. A keeper.
Now I just to score an amp! (Looking at the Rumble 40...maybe a 100...)
