Let's see your Bass Rig

My newest cab is the Schroeder 1210PL which is rated at 1000 Watts @ 4 Ohms. I did have the PJB C8 but just recently sold this for the Schroeder. I am pairing this with the Epifani Piccolo (which I am currently selling) and the Lairat Stega.

I agonized over that decision.
The 15 as a stand alone works great.
The 12 has a tiny footprint and is great on tight stages.
2x115 to me was too much bottom.
2x112 not deep enough.
The low mid forward character of the 12 and its clear articulation, dovetails SO WELL with the drum tight depth of the 15.
The end result is a really articulate, punchy, loud, low, FAT thick tone, that has clear presence in all frequencies without the common dips and valleys that cause eq twiddling.
I have run the cabs with a power amp only no eq. With my Warwick Dolphin and the pleasing result was very reminicient of a direct signal.
Stunning. I stopped using a compressor to smooth the response once I got the Mesa rig.

That really helps with my decision as well. I am looking at the 800+ as I can run my SansAmp into the return of the FX loop.

Going on 4 years, all I have used is a Jule Monique pre, a Demeter Minnie 800w power amp and 1 or 2 Bergantino AE210 cabs.

Sounds perfect to me and after owning almost everything available I highly doubt I will own another amp or cab for many years.

Depending on the size of venue, I use one or both of these, powered by a Markbass LM II or TC Electonic BH250. I built these a couple years back. Single 12 Deltalite II 2512.

Must say, they've never left me wanting more. For outdoor gigs, I sometimes use my Genz Benz 410. But that's very rare, as the 12's are plenty for any gig I do.

Custom built cab, reclaimed and left for dead Hartke head, Art Tube MP/C. I also have a custom built head too that I use from time to time. Not currently gigging buy my father in law helps out by building me things.

For outdoor gigs/large venues, I use an Ampeg V4B w/8x10 "fridge"

For indoor gigs, band rehearsal and general home practice, I use either a Mesa Subway D800 head w/6x10 PH cab (Also have a Carvin 1x15 cab if I don't want to lug the 6x10)...

-or-

Fender Rumble v3 500 Combo w/2x10 extension cab for a 4x10 vertical stack (for smaller venues, I just use the combo by itself)
