I almost had a Greenburst L2500 when I was buying mine...they had only the one in Green. I played it for about 20 minutes and said, “I’ll take it.” The guy said, “This one’s mine! What color do YOU want?”
“Does it come in Blue?”

Fast forward a week later...”I got you Blue-Burst instead of straight blue, it’s a lot nicer...”

Been meaning to post a few of my bursts here but every time I visit I get so entranced by what is already posted that I forget why the heck I am here.....plus that dang drool all over my desk and keyboard on the lap top...
Just so many beautiful basses here and only ten pages so far.
This time I didn't ogle and drool and trance out like I've done so many other times....
Here goes:
Last October 2017 I got this very nice Dean Edge Pro for $220 Neck thru, Brass nut, Bad Ass II Bridge
Active 3 band preamp and flame maple top with BURST. This was a real steal IMHO

I thought I posted this here before but it must have been a similar thread. I picked this Ibanez AGB200 last December for around $375 on Fleabay. I believe it is called Violin Burst or Honey Violin Burst. It is a 2013 model.

Well for starters it is short scale, semi-hollow and passive with humbuckers. So it does do low tones but doesn’t growl like a jazz bass. Picture the sound of an SG but with more clarity if that makes sense to you. Best I can describe it without having a sound cloud recording to share with you.

Thnks that's a great name for the trio. They are all different sounding. one of the maple fretboard has the single coils and the rosewood sounds also different. It's like having 3 blonde
Girlfriends. They might look similar but They are all different
