Let's spread some musical misinformation

The Walrus was simultaneously Paul, and not Paul. The Beatles had originally intended to publish a paper on Shrodinger's Walrus, but their producer felt that venturing into quantum mechanics would make the band uncool. John was angered by this, but Yoko advised him to let it be. Her words of wisdom inspired the band to abandon its collective interest in physics, and instead release Let It Be, three years later.

Interesting that he's asking 50K, and/but his own ad states "As-Is-Cash-Value: 39.9k". And even if his story IS legit (which I have a hard time believing), wouldn't the fact that the seller freely admits to rebuilding/replacing about half of the bass in general cancel out any historical value it may have?

50k = The seller is completely deluded ...

And I agree that even if the story is true it's no longer the same bass.
