Let's spread some musical misinformation

Lee Sklar suffered for many years from "bad beard." He was surfing on TB one day and just happened to find the "Improve your beard by playing your bass ungrounded" thread. He hasn't looked back since! Here are "before" and "after" pics. You can see how much his psyche has improved! Play ungrounded today, the ladies will love you again!

Death Metal was invented by zombies, who ate several Hard Rock bands, back in the 70's.

They were called Hard Rock bands as the first of them was Jethro Tull (winning a Grammy for this against Metallica), which had several members from Blackpool, famous for its hard rock which was sung about by George Formby. After doing Passion Play in the voice of a Northern pier act reciting a poem about lions eating young boys, Jeffrery "Hammond-Hammond" Hammond went on to write an entire concept album about him, which was released as "Too Old to Rock and Roll But It Turned Out Nice Again"

Given the constant confusion of the band's name potentially suggesting violent shootings, the band discussed renaming to "Sons of the Beatles", but a court injunction — prompted by a complaint from the sons & daughters of the "Sons of the Pioneers" band members — ruled the name to be too close to "Sons of the Pioneers" and thus creating confusion in the marketcyberspace. The band has rethought their name and branding again.

The band formerly known as "The Shoots" will now be known as ...

The music these young men produce may be quite dissimilar to that of their fathers, but the number of court cases their very existance has generated is stupendous.
