Let's spread some musical misinformation

That statement is either advanced or ********, a strobe light and chalk would shed more light on the issue.

I'm astonished at this extremely keen technical insight. I've finally met my match and will be returning my 'O-scope, multimeter and ice picks to the rear tool shed tomorrow (for good!). Next step.. Find a job at the nearest shipyard.. chipping paint and barnacles off of catamaran hulls. I'm officially an empty, human husk...

Hey, don't throw your music career away just yet. Whitney Houston got her start working as a barnacle scraper and singing songs about the little buggars...

^ that's the vermouth, talking, the whole vermouth and nothing but the vermouth...

Freddy Mercury had to sing "I want to ride my tricycle..." until the band was able to take his training wheels off, after which the lyrics were altered to the now familiar refrain "I want to ride my bicycle", and so too the name of the song was changed.

The reason chicken grease became ingrained in musician culture is because the chicken ranchers were better organised than the fish lobby, which was constantly floundering around and cod oily come up with one-eyed eel. They felt shrimpish aboat it, and tried to rally more support for the halibut but were schooled and scuttled, hook line and singer.

The Spanish continue to use Galleons on their basses.

I'm not sure I'd even be able to fit a coracle on my bass. Does it improve dead spots like a fat finger?

Alice Cooper and Jerry Peek were once co-workers in the same Scottsdale, Az. shoe store. They consistently broke monthly sales record after sales record. The store owner still to this day laments their loss to the music industry.
Meanwhile they employed Al Bundy, who was fired from the Chicago shoe store. Like Alice and Jerry, Al is starting a career in music (see footage below).

This is wonderful... and very fateful as well.. I'm just as pleased as punch to hear of this. Once again proving the point that "Shoe" and "Show" business go hand-in-hand, and sole to soul... This really puts a shine on things!

bass is a fish, sole is a fish.
bass is a musical instrument. sole is part of a shoe.
The connection is obvious.

The association started because tap dancers got through a lot of shoes so it became natural for a 'resting' dancer to seek employment in shoes. During the 1930s the entire orchestra pit tended to be resting too. And so it began.

Viola players were the last to get re-employed in the 1940s, and a young Leo Fender tried to help with the Precision Viola, until he moved on to the guitar and bass markets.
