Let's spread some musical misinformation

Not misinformation - remember the game where you try to toss a ring onto a stick? I knew a guy who's girlfriend liked to toss onion rings onto his ****. I hope she let them cool down first.

You've probably heard that a group of crows is called a murder and a group of dolphins is a pod, but do you know these scientific terms to describe groups of musicians?

A group of drummers is a clatter.
A group of horn players is a toot.
A group of singers is a cackle.
A group of theremin players is a twitch.
A group of keyboardists is a tickle.
A group of guitarists is a noodle.
A group of bass players is a bumble.

Here are a few more scientific terms for groups of musicians:

A group of drummers is also known as a jailbreak.
A group of tuba players is a flatulence.
A group of lute players is an unemployment.
A group of saxophonists is a snooze.
A group of lounge lizards is a schmooze.
A group of fifers is a tinnitus.
A group of ukulele players is an ukulotlot.

To get a quick indication, the first question a shrink asks a mature female patient always is: "Would you go out with a bassist?"

Let me guess the outcomes of this.
If she replies, "No, of course not. I have standards." then she's invited to the office to sit down for a discussion of her problems.
If she replies with, "Oh my god! You play bass?" then she's immediately sedated with a tranquilizer gun and restrained.
