Did you ever get your hands on a Studio One, and if so, what is your opinion on how the "transformer saturation" compares with the L.B. 2020?

I'd like to hear a comparison between the Studio One (di), the RNDI (di), and a LB 2020 + another di (JDI?)

I asked the LBA owner (Mike) about that. His response was as follows: "That’s an interesting idea. I don’t have an amp with a loop to try that out with. I expect it would be extremely colorful in that scenario."

I put it in the effects loop of my Grace Alix and didn't notice much difference in tone. I prefer the 2020 as the first item in the chain or after something feeding it a strong signal.
